Products and information
We describe our fireplaces and fire pits as accurately as we can. Natural stone varies in colour, veining and texture, so each piece will differ slightly from photographs. Specifications may change without notice.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight and applicable taxes unless stated. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a price was listed in error, and will refund any payment taken.
Installation and safety
Fireplaces and fire pits must be installed in line with the supplied instructions, local building codes and clearance requirements, by a qualified installer where required. KindleStone Fireplaces is not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper installation or use.
Dealer accounts
Trade pricing, territories and wholesale terms are governed by a separate written dealer agreement. Nothing on this site creates a dealer relationship until that agreement is signed.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is described in the documentation supplied with each product. Statutory rights are not affected.
Intellectual property
All text, images and designs on this site belong to KindleStone Fireplaces and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
