Stone and masonry products are heavy and travel by freight, not parcel post. This policy explains how KindleStone Fireplaces prepares, ships and delivers orders placed online or through a dealer.
Processing time
In-stock orders are crated and released to the carrier within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order items carry the lead time shown at checkout or on your quote.
Delivery method
- Most orders ship palletised by LTL freight with liftgate or curbside delivery.
- The carrier will contact you to book a delivery window.
- Delivery is to the kerb or driveway. Moving items indoors or to the installation site is not included.
Shipping costs
Freight is calculated at checkout from weight, pallet count and destination. Dealer orders follow the freight terms in the dealer agreement.
Inspect on arrival
Please inspect every pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and email photos to sales@kindlestonefireplaces.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or repair.
